Casey Aviva Jobins-Leads


Born in Cambridge, MA to two activist, artists, and educators. Her grandparents and parents committed their lives to combatting racism through education policy and activism. She feels it is her responsibility to carry on this legacy as an artist, activist and primarily, teacher. She lived for three years in Brooklyn and worked as a freelance artist, performer and teacher. She uses multiple mediums to express herself including music, theatre, paint and sculpture and is committed to doing what she can to make the world a little bit better. She is currently attending Lesley University and Majoring in Expressive Arts Therapy. Her passion and inspiration is working with Puppetry Collectives that use their work to further political action.
